For the past 16 weeks, the members of the Filipino Intercultural Society of Drexel University have prepared for their annual cultural showcase, Barrio. Barrio Fiesta is an enormous event with 500+ attendees, 12+ sponsors, and includes the extensive contribution of seven committees, 17 committee heads, and 100+ participants. This event takes a year to put together.

Four days prior to the performance, FISDU received an email calling for an interim suspension of activity, and cancelling Barrio on May 10th without an investigation.

A hundred students have poured their hearts and souls into this performance and now have no chance in showcasing their passion to their loved ones. Help save FISDU's Barrio Fiesta and help grant us the permission to let the show go on.
