Kampanya metni

Hello everyone,

My name is Elie azad I am a 24-year-old transgender woman from Morocco.I fled Morocco because I was subjected to violence and serious pressure from my family, as well as mistreatment by the police. Before leaving Morocco, I experienced many difficult situations with my family. A bisexual psychiatrist helped and supported me during that period and ultimately helped me leave the country.I fled to Turkey, where I spent about a week living on the streets. Later, a Tunisian woman helped me find accommodations. After that, I met people from the Netherlands who helped me open a GoFundMe campaign and raise money so that I could relocate to Brazil.I booked a flight to Brazil, but at the airport I was prevented from travelling because I had a return ticket with TAP Air Portugal, and Moroccan citizens require a visa for Portugal in that situation. We tried again and raised more money so that I could travel to Thailand. I believed that UNHCR Thailand would welcome and assist me, but unfortunately I received no response. Several of my friends also tried to contact UNHCR on my behalf, but we received no response.I then raised money again and booked another trip to Brazil. My flight was with Ethiopian Airlines, but I was prevented from boarding even though I had a return ticket to Colombia. We requested a refund and tried again. This time, I booked a flight with Emirates, and I was finally able to travel to Brazil.During my first few days in Brazil, things were much better. However, I later tried to seek help from organizations and associations, but unfortunately I could not find the protection and assistance I needed. I also contacted Casa 1, but my experience there was very disappointing, particularly regarding support for LGBTQ+ migrants.Eventually, I decided to return to Turkey. At Istanbul Airport, I was stopped because I had previously overstayed my Turkish visa. I paid a fine of around $200 and was allowed to enter. For a while, things were fine. However, after the 90-day period of my visa ended, I became undocumented again. My current situation is extremely difficult. I am constantly afraid of the police. Sometimes I run away when I see police officers, and on some occasions I have been detained and then released.I am now urgently asking for your help in connecting me with genuine organizations that can provide protection and help me find a safe and legal pathway to Canada, Australia, or a European country.Unfortunately, if I cannot find a solution, I may have to return to Thailand or Brazil again. This would mean going through more uncertainty, financial hardship, and suffering, without any guarantee of finding permanent safety or protection.Even Rainbow Railroad has not been able to provide me with the assistance I need.I am not asking for luxury or a better life. I am asking for safety, protection, and a chance to live without constantly fearing detention or deportation. If you know of any organization, lawyer, refugee-support group,LGBTQ+ organization, or humanitarian network that could help me with protection, legal advice, asylum, or relocation, please contact me or share my story with them.I desperately need help finding a safe place where I can finally live with dignity and without fear.
