I recently came across Tikiiri's plight via the Daily Mail and it is simply horrific to witness the waste this magnificent creature has been reduced to. While I cannot do much, what I certainly wont do is to sit and let it slip by without even raising a voice for Tikiiri. You can see Daily Mail's report on here.

While I respect all religions and customs, I am sure no religion condones the suffering of a living being like this in the name of religion.
