ECA (Educational Center for the Arts) in New Haven, Connecticut is a performing arts school that is home to many students from different towns who all come to this school to gain an education in the art of their choice. Our departments, dance, music, creative writing, visual arts, and theatre are all at risk of restructured without input from the community. This change to the departments would mean that students who were once divided by their specific interest would be taking other mandatory classes, outside of having a focus specifically on their interests.
