This petition is directed at the owners and developers of Dungeon Quest: VOLDEX 

We understand that Dungeon Quest Revamped (DQR) was removed due to copyright. We are not asking for copyrighted content to be used without permission, nor are we asking for copyright laws to be ignored.

Instead, we want to show the developers that DQR's popularity demonstrated something important: thousands of players still love the classic Dungeon Quest experience. DQR grew rapidly because it captured gameplay, progression, and features that many longtime players felt were missing from the current version of Dungeon Quest.

Many members of the community believe that the success of DQR wasn't simply because it was a copy—it was because it provided an experience that players had been asking for.

We respectfully ask the developers to consider one or more of the following:

• Release an official Classic Dungeon Quest mode or version.
• Reintroduce gameplay mechanics and features that made the older game enjoyable.
• Listen more closely to community feedback when making future updates. 
• Open a dialogue with the community about the future of Dungeon Quest.
• Explore the possibility of reaching a licensing or collaboration agreement with the creator of Dungeon Quest Revamped, allowing an official version of DQR—or its core experience—to remain available for players.

This petition is not meant to spread hate or attack the developers. It is meant to demonstrate that there is a large, passionate community that wants Dungeon Quest to thrive again.

If DQR's popularity proved anything, it is that players are eager to return to this style of gameplay. We hope the developers will see this as an opportunity to rebuild trust with the community and create an official experience that both players and the developers can support.
