Westminster's major applications sub-committee will meet on Tuesday, 4th June, to give their decision on the Dolphin Square planning application.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting which will take place at 6.30 pm in City Hall at 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP in rooms 18.01 and 18.03 on the 18th floor.
If you have not done so already, please take the time to register your opposition to these plans on the Westminster planning portal. So far there are more than 170 objections but every additional objection no matter how short may make a difference.
Objections must be on relevant planning grounds, such as the effect on the surrounding Conservation areas, the increased density, the loss of the Grade II listed garden, the increase in ultra short-term lettings from the expansion of the hotel use, the loss of the famous Art Deco shopping arcade and the additional height of the buildings.
The address of the planning portal is:-

The application reference is: 18/01099/FULL
