After Conn outsourced their dining operations to Dining With Chartwells for the 2024 academic year, the students wanted their opinions to be heard. Although we realize that Conn is still working with Chartwells in its early stages of development, and that Harris Refectory will be getting a full gut renovation soon, much of the staple meals once offered in Harris and JA have been removed under the new distributor. Students from all different walks of life, especially varsity and club athletes, who comprise more than 50% of students on campus, have felt deprived of a variety of foods they know and love. We are asking for Chartwells and administration of Dine at Conn to take into consideration our requests and help us have the dining experience we all deserve.

We are currently surveying Conn students on what they want to see added to the dining halls, and we will compile a list of additions we would like to see in Harris and JA. It will then be sent to Chartwells and dining admins to consider our requests.
