Cooper Is Not Dangerous — He Was Startled, Not Aggressive

The incident lasted just 2–3 seconds within 10 to 12 feet.

Scientific studies show that dogs may react instinctively when startled — especially when a stranger approaches their owner from behind.
This is a natural reflex, not aggression.

An eyewitness confirmed:
✅ “No hole or rip in the fabric of the clothing”
✅ No bite marks
✅ Cooper remained calm for over 40 minutes afterward
Yet now, Cooper may face euthanasia. This is a tragic misunderstanding.

Cooper is not a dangerous dog.

He is just a 1-year, 10-month-old Rottweiler with professional training and a gentle, playful puppy.
