Conor O'neill's Irish pub has been a fixture of the Boulder community for 17 years. It's a classic Irish pub with authentic woodwork imported from Ireland and they serve delicious traditional Irish food and drink. Two years ago, Conor O'neill's landlord W.W. Reynolds tore down a neighboring structure and built a much larger office building. The construction required demolishing and rebuilding 1/2 of the seating area of the restaurant and caused a significant drop in the patronage and sales at the pub. Now that everything is rebuilt, W.W. Reynolds decided to increase the rent for the space by 30% overnight. This is completely unfair and unjustified. The owners of Conor O'neill's are still losing money due to the construction, but said they could rebound and keep the business open if the rent was reduced back to its previous rate. 

The day after this article was posted in Boulder's Daily Camera, their sales went through the roof as patrons flocked to the venue for one last meal of fish and chips, or shepherd's pie and a Guinness. The Boulder community is devastated to lose such an iconic venue. Please help keep Conor O'neill's open! Sign this petition to urge W.W. Reynolds to negotiate with Conor O'neill's and reduce their rent back to their original agreement for the remainder of their current lease.
