Dear Guardian ad listen and Those in Authority,

We are healthcare professionals and concerned community members writing with grave concern for the life of a child: VC, the son of Dr. Jen Chopra, DDS, MD.

Over the past year, VC has endured at least nine near-lethal episodes following a forced separation from his protective mother a year ago. He was traumatically removed from school, denied the chance to say goodbye to his dying grandfather, and has since been restricted to highly surveillances life without access to anyone he knew for 13 years   

Meanwhile, his college savings are being drained entirely while his physical and emotional health decompensated from sources that he cannot control.    

We ask the GAL and  father for quick resolution before the child is lost physically or mentally  

VC is, quite literally, dying to see his mother. Their bond is strong, nurturing, and well-documented. 

We are not at liberty to share the rather disturbing evidence due to legal constraints, but if action is not taken, this child’s suffering will become tragically public.   We are fortunate that he survived the past year and there were times we weren’t sure this child could make it   

As a community we speak now before it’s too late   We ask the involved adults to place this child’s safety above all financial and personal reasons  

We respectfully urge you to reunify VC with his mother immediately
