We the followers of Gaudiya Vaishnav Sampradaya, including ISKCON, Akshay Patra are in millions and belong to different nationalities world over. 

For us Gambhira, situated in Puri (Odisha), is most revered shrine. It was here the Golden Avtar of Lord Krishna, known as Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (1486-1534) spent His last sixteen years. Hence for us Gambhira is what Vatican is for Christians, Mecca is for Muslims and Bodhgaya is for Buddhists. 

This holy shrine is frequently visited by millions  of devotees round the year. For the past five centuries it has been maintained by our Vaishnav Saints under the title of ‘Radhakant Math’.

With great agony and pain, we are informing you that some leaders of ‘Ramanand Sampradaya’ are maneuvering to take over the custody of the said shrine and properties attached with it. Ramanand Sampradaya has no legal or moral claim over our spiritual heritage. They are driven by their lust for such an attempt. Ramanand Sampradaya is a cash rich organisation hence its leaders have influenced local officials to facilitate this take over. 

A caveat no. 14194 - 2023 dt. 24-11-2023, titled Mahant Krushna Chaitanya Das Vs. Durga Prasad Das has been filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for its kind consideration and favourable disposal. 

Exalted Saint of Barsana (Mathura) HH Shri Vinod Bihari Das Baba has directed us to take up this cause. All of us request you with folded hands to sign this petition to liberate our top most shrine from the dirty tricks of Ramanand Sampradaya. We will be eternally indebted to you for this kindness of yours.
