So as was feared ruthless land owners Heineken have given Cecil’s Horse Sanctuary 3 months notice to leave there Elstree home. Tne stables is home to the most vulnerable horses and ponies and so finding a new home has proved difficult.  Retirement village Group  are the developer.   Please find time to go on to Hertsmere Borough Council’s website which can take you to planning and the portal to object. 23/1123/ful is the planning application number.   Heineken have promised retirement village group vacant possession I am told. It seems they have no heart and care nothing about leaving these poor ponies homeless.
