It is truly remarkable that this petition Saving Cecil’s Horse sanctuary will in the next few hours hopefully reach 50k signatures. It appears that this 50k bench mark has got Retirement Village group in a spin. The developers Retirement Village Group have it seems got so desperate they have asked the sanctuary to write a supporting statement, what a despicable pressure to put upon a charity, a charity that desperately needs the good will of the developer to not evict them and help find them a new home for the ponies somewhere else. Cecil’s Sanctuary are literally at the mercy of Retirement Village Group. One might think they want to secure a supporting statement to use with their expected planning application. Let’s hope my next update is more positive.
