Veto HB0346 — Save Plant Medicine and Defend Our Right to Heal Naturally!

HB0346 is the most extreme, anti-natural health, anti-small business law ever passed in New Mexico — and one of the worst in the entire nation.

This law doesnt just “regulate” hemp. It would brutally criminalized over 100 naturally occurring cannabinoids, including safe, non-intoxicating compounds like CBN, CBG, CBC, CBDV THCA,THCV  and many more. These are molecules found in the very plant that humanity has used for healing for thousands of years.
Under HB0346, these natural compounds would be effectively illegal for anyone without a pharmaceutical compounding license — meaning only massive pharmaceutical corporations can touch them. You read that right: your right to natural plant medicine has been handed over to Big Pharma on a silver platter.

It gets even worse:

💥 This bill is nearly identical to a radical hemp ban that was so outrageous, even the governor of Texas — yes, Greg Abott — vetoed it, calling it extreme and harmful.

💥 HB0346 is being rammed through as an “emergency health measure” without public input or debate. No transitional period. No scientific hearings. Just an overnight ban that will leave small businesses destroyed and patients without options.

In silver city In June, we suddenly found our business license refused revoked because of this bill being passed even though the governor hadn’t signed it we have been forced to destroy our entire inventory — over $100,000 in products — and shut our business down, leaving our family and countless customers without support. We lost our livelihood, our stability, and the community we had spent years building.We are now fighting back in federal court pro se (representing ourselves) to protect not just our family, but every small business, every healer, every farmer, and every person who depends on plant medicine for safe, natural healing.
