Literally just before closing for submissions on DA310/2025 the developer lodged the renders of the proposed building, giving no time for people to comment on them.

We trusted the Developer's Heritage Consultant when they wrote:

The site is considerably visually separated from Neutral Bay Fire Station as  both present to different street frontage and are well removed from one another. The works would make no changes to the fabric or curtilage of this heritage item which is interpretated (sic! Consultants mistake, not ours!) principally from Yeo Street. 

You be the judge if they were being forthright and honest. Can you see the unit block?

The rest of the renders are on the petition, but rest assured this will be one of the most dominant structures in Neutral Bay.

As always, if you like the new building let your Councillor or Mayor know how attractive you think it is.
