Today is the last day to have your opinion heard on the DA310/2025 for Bydown Terraces. This closes at midnight tonight.

The DA process is still proceeding forward even while Council is getting a Heritage Consultant to look at these beautiful terraces.

To give your opinion either for or against the proposed development either email Council on council@northsydney.nsw.gov.au and quote the DA number ad your name and address and tell them why you are for or against. 

Or if you have a few more minutes you could put a DA submission in at https://masterview.northsydney.nsw.gov.au/

Some of the objections which people are raising are:

Traffic

Height and Bulk

Heritage and Character

Overshadowing, loss of solar access & loss of privacy

Driveway access and garbage bin storage

You are not the only one concerned about these terraces. There was an article in yesterday's Australian Financial Review. The community cares!
