4. Immediate Scrapping of the SET Recruitment process to support internal cadres.
5. Timely Promotions for all eligible cadres and the creation of a clear internal management hierarchy.
6. Strict "ONE COMPANY – ONE POLICY" parity and mandating #SWADESHI4G usage for all government organizations and PSUs.
7. Extension of 5 Advance Increments to JTOs/JAOs/JEs, standard JE Pay Scales, and revision of the Non-Executive Promotion Policy (NEPP).
