Please consider these important points about School #90:

• We are the only Pre-K - 2nd grade magnet school in the district. Our educational partners connected to the magnet grant are the Buffalo Zoo, the Buffalo Museum of Science, Tifft Nature Preserve and Say Yes. These partnerships bring in programming, field trips, and in‑school instruction that directly benefit our students.
• Our early childhood model strongly supports early literacy and early mathematical skills.
  Our year-to-date student attendance is at 87%.
• Recent renovations have been made to the school including an adaptive playground and major improvements to our library.
  We maintain strong, ongoing mental health partnerships with UB/MD, BestSelf, Gateway Longview, Feedmore WNY, and BuffaloHope.
• Our school has deep community support: well‑attended family events (including a popular multicultural night), robust volunteer involvement, and a successful Career Day that exposes students to local careers and college pathways.
• Staff morale is high. Teachers, aides, and assistants choose to work at School #90 and often return when positions become available. Longstanding teams and co‑teaching partnerships have developed effective systems that support student success—reflected in our scores and data.
• For the past three years, we have incorporated a Little Scholars program that feeds into our Pre‑K program, maintaining continuity for young learners and families.
• Approximately one third of students are pick ups/walkers, reducing transportation needs and strengthening community ties.

 For these reasons—our specialized programs, strong outcomes, vital community and agency partnerships, committed staff, and accessibility—we respectfully request that Early Childhood Center School #90 remains.
