Boots are closing their pharmacy in Fortuneswell, this will leave the Isle of Portland with one pharmacy for a population of over 13,000 people. The one pharmacy we will have left is understaffed and overwhelmed as it is, what’s it going to be like in a few months time? It’s already virtually impossible to get to see a doctor here and we are often advised by 111 to seek medical advice from a Pharmacist.
