Please help Bethlehem Children’s School (BCS) preserve our nature-based classrooms by supporting this petition to make the three BCS Yurts a permanent fixture on the BCS campus. As a green and environmentally-conscious school, we built three yurt classrooms during the pandemic to house students based on state requirements for social distancing. Over the past three years, we have grown to love the Yurt culture and have aligned our classroom offering to include Yurts during our school year and summer program. With the use of the Yurts, 30 additional students attend BCS each year. Signing this petition is an incredible opportunity to meaningfully impact a loving, nature-based community of like-minded educators and families. We believe in spreading kindness and love and will do so while we continue working with our neighbors and community to find the best location for the permanent structures to inhabit.
