Battlefield 1943 is a game that will always hold a special part in my childhood. It was the game that made me fall in love with Battlefield, it was the game that made me fall in love with First Person Shooters in general. I remember getting on on my old Xbox 360 and spending hours on the game. I took a few years off where I didnt play, but then I re-downloaded it and played it again. The nostalgia hit hard. I have become a regular player on it and have spent plenty of hours on it. I continue to love the game as I had years ago. I thought it was one thing from my childhood that wouldn't change. I was wrong.

Now executives at EA have decided to Delist the game in April and shut down the servers on the 8th of December. This will be another core part of my childhood ripped away from me, forever. Never to be visted again.

However! I want to give all I can to SAVE THE GAME I LOVE. I want to show the executives at EA that WE the PLAYERS still wish to play!

The goal is to get EA to reverse their decision on Delisting the Game, and to most importantly of all. KEEP. THE. SERVERS!
