Bards Way playpark back on the market for sale

Six months after being purchased by a local businesswoman for £25,000, the well-used children’s playpark and an area of valuable greenspace that sits within the Bards Way Development, Tillicoultry have both been put back on the market for sale.

Having purchased the land at auction in August 2021, the landowner appears to have now given up her fight to get Clackmannanshire Council to discharge the planning obligations that were put in place as a condition of planning permission being awarded for the phased development of the Bards Way Development.
