Bards Way Playpark Saga Continues

Once again, the Bards Way Playpark has been placed on the market for sale, whilst ongoing discussions continue between Clackmannanshire Council and landowners over the Council adopting areas of amenity space within the Bards Way Development, Tillicoultry.

Having been purchased by the current landowner at auction in August 2021 for £25,000, the area of land where the playpark sits is being sold by Future Property Auctions, Scotland's largest dedicated residential and commercial Property Auctioneer. The opening bid is £18,000.
