Playpark Owner Continues to Ignore Duty of Care Responsibilities

Since we first published news about the concerns that residents living within the Bards Way Development, Tillicoultry and members of the wider community have about the unsafe condition of the playpark that sits within the Hillfoots development, we are disappointed to report that the playpark owner has continued to fail to recognise that they have a legal, moral and ethical duty of care to protect the safety of playpark users.
