We are fast approaching the date (27th May 2025) on which, the Submission Review Panel will hand over a report to The City of Greater Geelong council. The report will table recommendations for the future of Balyang Par 3 Golf Course based on feedback gathered from community consultation with COGG councils's Have Your Say campaign that concluded in August 2024

In recent weeks, the Geelong Advertiser has published a number of editorials confirming interest from two groups showing interest in leasing the site for use as a driving range. 

How can you help?
We need to send a clear message to the City of Greater Geelong and those seeking to lease the Balyang Par 3 Golf Course, that we are saying “NO” to any driving range development!  The strongest way to do this is to comment on the recent newspaper editorials, as the media, council and those seeking to lease Balyang Par 3 Golf Course Par 3 golf course are reading the responses.

The petition and all comments will be submitted to council ahead of the Submission Review Panel report in an effort to influence councils' final decision and save the Balyang Par 3 Golf Course.
