After 15 years we got the truth from the NHS. Chloe was failed and she should be here. The admitted that because of their actions or lack of Chloe died in pain and agony. 

They have agreed to all the recommendations I asked for to be put in place. Which is going save so many premature babies lives in Chloes name. But Chloes legacy is done more needs to be done. Its imperative we reach this petition goal asap. I wrote to Sir Kier Starmer about body cameras in the NHS I explained the reasons and the benifits along with a proposal with how it could work. Surprise surprise he hasnt replied. Each day that goes by there are another 30 lives lost through negligence. Which is actually higher but lots of deaths are covered up. This petition will stop it all. It will save 11,000 lives a year. It really should be in place already. I picked the picture above because it was taken the night before Chloe became poorly. I had no idea what was about to happen I'm determined it will never happen again.
