South Carolina laws say you can't help animal in hot car
The Issue
In Costco parking lot in Myrtle Beach a dog was left in a hot car on a 95 degree day for one hour. People stood watching and called police and they told them they were on there way, but by law the bystanders weren't allowed to help in any way. The law took almost the whole hour to arrive. We need to change this law and make it so we can help our furry friends lives.
