Animals are often neglected because they are inanimate object. But it does not mean they were born to serve human. They are friend, living creature that can support our life and shoud not undergo cruel treatment. To support animal welfare worldwide, I propose the following resolution to the United Nation:

Title: “Promoting the Development and Use of Alternatives to Animal Experimentation”
 The General Assembly,
Recognizing the ethical concerns associated with animal is tested countlessly for scientific and economic gain, this should be done in a manner that is respectful of animal lives ,
Alarming 110 millions of animals are killed in U.S. laboratories for biology lessons, medical training, curiosity-driven experimentation, and chemical, drug, food, and cosmetics testing. Animal have been subjected to various forms of cruel treatment of scientific method of non-essential products,
Reaffirming the importance of the principle of the Three Rs (replacement, reduction and refinement) as a framework for ethical animal research,
Hereby Resolves:
1.    To call upon United Nations and Member States to support research that promotes the development of alternatives, including in-vitro method, tissue chips and stem-cell researchs.
2.    To call on member states to harmonize their regulations and set high standard animal experimentation, with a view to promoting animal welfare, reducing the use of animals research but to ensure safety and efficacy of products and therapies.
3.    To urge state member, support the use of alternative methods to animal experimentation, whenever possible through funding, training, technical assistance
4.    To request private sector, including cosmetic and appliance companies and other consuming products, to adopt and implement policies with a goal to reduce, replace and refine to strengthen validation of alternative method.
5.    To collaborate with United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the World Health Organization (WHO) and international specialize companies to continue efforts to promote ethical and responsible manner in using animals.
6.    To expand my hope to get more attention globally from potential innovated scientists that can further advance more methods replacing animal usage.
This resolution affirms how important is it to maintain ethical and necessary of using animal in testing research and calls on member states to take action on promoting the welfare of animals by advancing scientific innovation. By gaining awareness internally, we propagate animal experimentation should be conducted in ethical and responsible manner.
