Save and Preserve the historic McDonalds in San Jose, California (Almaden Road)

Save and Preserve the historic McDonalds in San Jose, California (Almaden Road)
The Issue
In the heart of Almaden Road in San Jose, a historic, iconic, preserved McDonalds that is still open stands brightly, with its original facade with one yellow arch each said and red and white stripes along a glass wall on the front. Still in pristine, mint condition, like if it was new. It still has the original, iconic 1961 logo with a crossed letter M on the top of the front glass wall, exactly like the oldest McDonalds store to exist today in Downey, California.
The location was open throughout significant time periods of history such as the Cold War, the Moon Landing (Apollo 11), the Civil Rights Movement, the British Invasion, etc. . JFK was the president when the building was built in 1962.
Although this location is not in the National Register of Historic Places, it still is historic, and the idea to respectfully keep and preserve its historical remains like its physical dimensions along with facades and signage among various other artifacts is preferred by numerous people across this country, including myself.
Let’s save it, and preserve it, Thank you.
