Prompted by our Petition - closing in on 30K signatures - and numerous complaints from the community, Council Member Kimball (District 1) heard our concerns and has requested Hawai'i Island Police Department report to the Public Safety Committee regarding Animal Control Services on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022.
