ANOTHER CALL TO ACTION - PLEASE SUBMIT TESTIMONY!
The October 4th, 2022 Public Safety Committee meeting, during which Hawaii County Police Department was to report on Animal Control operations, was postponed last minute by the Police Department.  The new meeting date is October, 18th, and will be held at the Kona County Office.

Prompted by our Petition - now over 50K signatures - and numerous complaints from the community, Council Member Kimball (District 1) heard our concerns and requested Hawai'i County Police Department report to the Public Safety Committee regarding Animal Control Services on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022.  MANY powerful testimonies were provided by the community that day.  And, we need to do it, yet again!

Now is the time for YOUR voice to be heard - this is your opportunity - so we encourage you to take it!  DEADLINE for off-site oral testimony, Zoom link and email testimony is 12PM Noon on Monday, Oct 17th!!
