Savannah Dietrich was threatened with contempt charges and jail time after 2 boys pleaded guilty to sex abuse and voyerism. She tweeted about the attack and her opinion of the court for threatening her to remain silent (or else). Her story went viral with substantial public support. She is now the subject of an outrageous harassment campaign attacking her character and inititated by her attackers and others acting for them. A no contact order is necessary. The records are now now un- sealed. The victim still seeks valid and necessary "no contact" orders to prevent illegal contact, stalking of family, and harassing communications. Those in extistance under seal have been repeatedly ignored, even after the court had knowlege of the activity. There has been no rectification of the matter.

The court has not taken steps to adequately inform the defendents. their immediate familes, and parties acting on their behalf, of the meaning of "no contact," nor provided an independent and separate order to prevent contact and harassment of a victim.

The court, prosecution, and Commonwealth, has remained elusive in establishing and protecting victim's rights and appears to exhibit bias against women and victims of sex abuse. It is requested that this be corrected through an independent order without delay.

These delayed hearings, which buy the defendents time to age out of the juvenile court system, leave matters under seal futher, and disrupt due process. The protection of the crime (and secret proceedings) is more important than the protection of the victim.

Can we have a no contact order independent of motions to open the case and perpetual rescheduling ???
