The Savannah City Council has recently proposed the idea of raising the price of parking meters located in downtown Savannah to $2.00 an hour and to start charging on weekends from the hours of 10am to 10pm. All city residents and people who disagree with this decision, please sign this petition to prevent this change!! At the beginning of next week this petition will be presented to the city council along with the comments to help voice residents' disagreements and concerns about this possible change.
