العريضه :

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

كان في البقيع بنيان مقدس عظيم، و فيه مسجد كبير يضم اربعة قبور مقدسة، يقصدها الناس من شرق الارض و غربهالزيارتها و الصلاة فيها. و كانت تلك القبور المقدسة للإمام الحسن بن علي بن ابي طالب ابن فاطمة بنت محمد رسول الله عليهم السلام، و القبر الثاني للإمام علي بن الحسين ب علي بن فاطمة بنت محمد رسول الله عليهم السلام، و كان القبر الثالث للإمام محمد بن علي الباقر ابن فاطمة بنت محمد رسول الله- صل الله عليه و آله- و القبر الرابع كان للإمام أبي عبدالله جعفر بن محمد الصادق ابن فاطمة بنت محمد رسول الله- صلوات الله عليهم أجمعين-

و كانت تقام في هذا المكان المقدس صلاة الجماعة و قراءة القرآن و كان للناس في دويٌّ من الاصوات التي تدعو الله بالخير و العطاء و الرحمة و البركة، و هذا كان في ارض البقيع في المدينة المنورة بارض الحجاز ارض السعودية...

فقام المفتي السعودي و اصدر فتوى بتهديم تلكم القبور المقدسة و المشاهد العظيمة بما فيها المسجد العظيم و اقدمت الحكومة السعودية على تدمير تلك القبور و هدمها و تسويتها بالارض، بحيث لم يتركوا أثراً لها سوى احجار صغيرة فوق مكان القبور المقدسة في هذا المكان المقدس، و منعوا الناس من زيارتها و التبرك بها...

و نحن زعماء الشيعة و معنا كل الشيعة في العالم و عددهم يقارب المليار من المسلمين الشيعة نطالب الامم المتحدة و على رأسها رئيس هيئة الامم المتحدة، كما نطالب رئيس لجنة حقوق الانسان بالتدخل السريع الفوري لدى حكومة السعودية و الضغط عليهم للسماح لنا، نحن زعماء الشيعة في العالم، لاعادة بناء تلك المشاهد و المساجد و القبور المقدسة التي يرتبط بها قرابة المليار مسلم من شيعة العالم- نريد إعادة بناء قبور أئمة البقيع و هم أئمة اهل البيت، بيت النبي محمد -صل الله عليه و آله- و كلنا أمل و رجاء في ان تبادر الامم المتحدة و هيئة حقوق الانسان الى الاسراع في انجاز هذا العمل العظيم في السماح لنا و اعطاء الاذن و الرخصة لنبدأ على الفور في بناء تلكم الاماكن المقدسة و الروضات المقدسة و المشاهد المقدسة عملاً بحرية الاديان و ممارسة الشعائر الدينية في كل مكان في العالم...

و على هذا وقعنا هذه العريضة و التي نقدمها لرئيس هيئة الامم المتحدة و رئيس لجنة حقوق الانسان و منه نسخة الى رئيس مجلس الفاتيكان، و رئيس مجلس الامن و لكم كل الشكر و التقدير.

There was a great holy and sacred structure in Al-Baqi ', and there was a large mosque that included four holy graves, which people from east and west of the world visited for blessings and prayers. And those holy graves were for Imam Al-Hassan son of Ali bin Abi Talib Son of Fatima the daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of God, peace be upon them, and the second grave for Imam Ali bin Al-Hussein Son on Ali bin Abi Taleb and son of Fatima the daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of God, peace be upon them, and the third grave was for Imam Muhammad bin Ali Al-Baqir Son of Fatima The daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of God - may God bless him and his family - and the fourth grave was for Imam Abu Abdullah Ja`far bin Muhammad al-Sadiq Son of Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers be upon them all -

And in this holy place, group prayers and reading of the Qur’an were held, and people were loud in the sound of God's benevolence, mercy, and blessing, and this was in the land of Al-Baqi ’in Madinah, the land of the Hejaz, the land of Saudi Arabia ...

the Saudi Mufti issued a fatwa of demolishing those holy graves and great scenes, including the Great Mosque, and the Saudi government carried on to demolish those holy graves. They demolished them, and flattened them to the ground so that they left no trace of them except small stones over the holy graves in this holy place, and they prevented People from visiting and being blessed...

We, the leaders of the Shiites and with us are all the Shiites of the world, which numbers are around one billion Shiite Muslims. We demand the United Nations, headed by the president of the United Nations, and we also call on the president of the Human Rights Committee to intervene immediately with the Saudi government and pressure them to allow us, the Shiite Muslims, to rebuild those scenes, mosques, and holy graves that the billion of Muslims from the world's Shiites are connected to - we want to rebuild the graves of the imams of Al-Baqi, who are the imams of the household, the house of the Prophet Muhammad - may God bless him and his household -

We all hope that the United Nations and the Human Rights Committee will speed up the completion of this great work in allowing us and giving permission to start immediately building those holy places, holy sites, and holy scenes, pursuant to the freedom of religion and the practice of religious rites. Everywhere in the world ...

On this basis, we signed this petition, which we present to the President of the United Nations and the President of the Human Rights Committee, and a copy of it to the President of the Vatican Council and the President of the Security Council, and all thanks and appreciation to you.
