Recently Michael Che of SNL went on Instagram and asked his followers to submit jokes about Simone Biles while also claiming that he had at least 3 minutes of jokes in his head. Michael Che decided to publicly share the jokes that people submitted to him. One of the jokes made reference to Simone and the man who sexually abused her and hundreds of other gymnasts. Michael Che rated the joke as a 9 out of 10. 

Instead of apologizing, Michael Che scrubbed his social media and claimed that he was hacked. 

When researching Michael Che, you learn that he has a history of tasteless, inappropriate, and offensive “jokes” that he has been allowed to get away. We cannot let him get away with making fun of someone’s mental health and the sexual abuse that they experienced. 

NBCUniversal still has not commented on the matter even though it has been several days. #FireMichaelChe began to trend and still nothing from them on an internal investigation or more appropriately, firing him.
