Toonces the Driving Cat is one of the most important figures of the 1990s. Through Toonces's driving antics on SNL the world learned not only about animal empowerment, but empathy with Animals as Toonces tried to take on a task (driving) that she (he?) was in all honesty not biologically predisposed. But doesn't the impossibility of a driving cat reflect our own human folly? The many goals we as humans seek to accomplish in our lives but often fall short of?

I believe that a feature-length Toonces the Driving Cat movie would be an inspiring story that would tell the tale of universal struggle that all people, no matter their creed or religion, could get behind and love. And besides, a driving cat is box-office gold.
