SarvCRM is a cloud based CRM application, based on Software as a Service architecture, provided by Sarveno.  They are primarily address the needs of businesses in Middle East.  They have just completed their 5 year year road map and are developing the road map for next 5 years.  

Purpose of this petition is to influence SarvCRM's decision makers to build out their marketing and analytics functionalities so that they can enable customer segmentation objectives.
