Sarbandar Municipality has closed the mouths, and feet  of stray dogs with ties, in the city with the aim of massacring them and abandonned them in the suburbs tied up, to get rid of thrm.

Sarbandar municipal officials released the dogs with their mouths and limbs tightly wrapped in plastic wrap, with the aim of gradually killing them in the suburbs.

With the collective efforts of compassionate citizens and animal-friendly environmental activists, the dogs were released and several of them were saved .

Municipalities in the Islamic Republic have been tasked with implementing a plan to collect and raise stray dogs.

Under the plan, stray dogs must be collected, vaccinated and spayed and taken to safe animal shelters after sanitation.

But as we can see, the municipalities, after reviving the dogs in the city, leave them with their mouths and hands and feet tied in the deserts waiting for death without any health care and din’t follow any rules , and torture them instead. This is not the first time. 
we urge them to follow the plan  and protect them instead of torture of killing these innocent animals.

شهرداری سربندر با هدف کشتار دسته‌جمعی سگ‌های سطح شهر، دهان و دست و پای آنها را بسته و در حومه شهر رها کرده است.

ماموران شهرداری سربندر در حالی که دهان و دست و پای این سگ‌ها را با بست‌های پلاستیکی محکم بسته‌اند، آنها را با هدف مرگ تدریجی در مناطق حومه شهر رها کرده بودند.

با همت جمعی از شهروندان دلسوز و فعالان محیط زیستی حامی حیوانات، مکان رهاسازی این سگ‌ها کشف شده و چندین قلاده از آنها آزاد شده‌‌اند.

شهرداری‌ها در جمهوری اسلامی موظف شده‌اند تا طرح جمع آوری و زنده گیری سگ‌های بدون صاحب را اجرا کنند.

در قالب این طرح، سگ‌های بدون صاحب باید جمع آوری، واکسیناسیون و عقیم‌سازی شده و پس از انجام اقدامات بهداشتی به نقاهتگاه و پناهگاه‌های امن حیوانات انتقال داده شوند.

اما آنچنان که می‌بینیم، شهرداری‌ها پس از زنده‌گیری سگ‌های سطح شهر، بدون انجام هیچ کدام از مراقبت‌های بهداشتی آنها را با دهان و دست و پای بسته در بیابان‌ها در انتظار مرگ رها می‌کنند.
