So to explain the problem, I will take name of two recent movies 

1) Shakira Ahibo Bokul Tolor Bihuloi.  and 2) Local Kung fu 2.

Hope every one got the idea what I am going to talk about. 

Both the movies are made with utmost effort, Keeping financial challenges aside.

I felt something different is happening in media industry of Assam and people are working hard in media industry, to take the industry to next level and giving the industry a new direction of entertainment. At the same time there are instances of no support from screen/hall/theater to promote/run them.

Since I am not aware which organisation take cares of rules and regulation to control these decisions, I am writing to our CM Sarbananda Sonowal. 

Sarbananda Sir, I feel Theaters and Halls should be mandate to run movies produced from local productions, Which are produced keeping in mind all specification needed for movie to run in theaters and hall. I feel it has its all different layers of benefits which everyone are aware of. 

And Yea, I am not asking to keep/run the movie if its not running.
