We want it FAIR !

We, the legitimate spas, reflexology & wellness centre owners in Sarawak.

We plea with SDMC to demonstrate mercy and fair judgment for our respectable Holistic Industry.

Our Customer Charter is the same as the physio, chiro, beauty, hair and nail sector (which involves physical contact); And yet, they were permitted to open but the spas and wellbeing centres were not.

We don’t want to be unfairly judged.

We don’t want to operate in FEAR of being instructed to CLOSE whenever we turned from

RED �ORANGE �YELLOW� or GREEN �

We don’t mind to CLOSE when all similar industries are doing the same.

We want it FAIR!

We pledge to fight this Pandemic together with our Local Government with a healthy and balanced economy.

We have never created any clusters since the last reopening after MCO.

We constantly observe high enhanced standards of SOP by wearing masks and face shield during our services.

We have voluntarily done several times of Covid screening PCR test and the results were all NEGATIVE.

Sadly, due to misperception, our sector has been classified as 'Entertainment' (HIBURAN) again and again.

We, the legitimate owners of spas and wellbeing centres, maintain that our businesses are professional and genuinely centered on the health and wellbeing of our customers, the Rakyat.

We have been instructed to close 3 times in total since last year (6 months in total of no operations and income).

Our industry has been abandoned.

To close our industry is by one immediate instruction but to RE-OPEN, we have to fight for our rights so hard as far as press conferences and presentations.

We would like SDMC to advise us with a solution rather then keeping us in this critical financial backlog situation.

We are desperate and disappointed! We are sad!

We want it FAIR!

Our businesses have suffered tremendously from this prolonged on and off closure. Jobs and livelihoods are at risks should the situation continue, and the repercussions will not just affect the workers in our industry but also their families.

We are ready to play our part in the Recovery stage of our economy. Our sector is essential to those who need our professional services.

We desperately appeal to SDMC to hear us out. We welcome feedback from the public to strengthen our proposed SOPs, because we care for everyone's wellbeing.
