Most sexual assault victims are between the ages of 16-24 and most often their abusers and attackers are peers, friends, and classmates. Many colleges require students to take a consent course before entering college, but we believe that it is the duty of the school board to bridge this gap and keep our students safe, regardless of gender, sexual orientation and age. Consent education can help reduce the number of victims of a horrific and degrading crime.
