On behalf of concerned home & property owners in Windsor West and East in attached list, we wish to demand SAPS & JMPD legal action against properties engaged in illegal businesses.

We term these businesses illegal as they (1) both operate from residential zoned properties, AND/OR (2) conduct illegal activities such as receiving stolen goods, trading in illegal goods, drugs, alcohol, prostitution, and human trafficking.

As these activities are allowed to continue, so they attract others along with all their subsidiary by-products which threaten the safety and security of law-abiding citizens, men, women, and children.

While we believe that the properties and activities under question are known to SAP and JMPD we can provide a detailed list of properties on request.

As a group we expect both property owners and individual vendors to be held accountable, prosecuted, goods and property seized, according to prescribed law. We demand that IMMEDIATE action be implemented by both SAP and JMPD in this regard.
