We are pleased to announce that our petition to regulate notice periods in India has gathered significant support. We are confident that we can reach our goal of 1,000,000 signatures, and we urge the Ministry of Labour and Employment to take our petition seriously and to take action to regulate notice periods in India.

 

We believe that regulating notice periods is essential to create a more fair and equitable workplace for all employees. Long notice periods can trap employees in jobs they do not like, and they can make it difficult for employees to move to new jobs and pursue their career goals.

 

We also believe that regulating notice periods would be beneficial for the Indian economy as a whole. When employees are able to move to new jobs more easily, they are more likely to be able to learn new skills and take on new challenges. This can lead to increased productivity and economic growth.

 

We urge the Ministry of Labour and Employment to regulate notice periods and to set a maximum notice period of one month. We believe that this is a necessary step to create a more fair and equitable workplace for all employees in India.
