Last Saturday 8/18/18 our 3-year-old cat Mango was killed by Hit and Run at 9 pm.  This has prompted me to change the way people drive down Mountain View. In honor of Mango and all the other cats, dogs, and children who have been hit on our block. We are doing this so these senseless tragedies don't continue. 

We want speed mechanisms on Mountain View Ave.  This change will impact the safety of our street in a positive way.

Mountain View is full of small kids, cats, and dogs.  People go way to fast and I want that to stop.  It's so heartwarming to see our block coming together to face the city in getting some speed calming mechanisms. 

We need to have 60% of the neighborhood on board, then we write a letter to the city, after that we FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!

As I was walking up and down Moutain View Ave the past few days. Folks shared their stories with me of their cats being hit, dogs, and close calls with their children!  It's too much, what's the hurry anyway?  Let us slow down the crazy traffic together.
