  • It is important to speak up before precedence is set in Santa Cruz allowing boxy, unattractive homes to be built!
  • We only have a say if many people write or call in during the Zoom meeting on the appeal for 418 Pennsylvania Ave. in Santa Cruz on Feb., 9.
  • Any developer could buy an older home with a large lot and put a structure you would not like in your neighborhood. 
  • These designs remove the privacy of nearby homes.
  •  Anyone whose property and home are in the RL zoning district can expect projects of this size and                        mass that will diminish sunlight,  rob you of privacy , and make your investment in solar panels a waste of money.   Will you be next ?  
  • Check the city council website this Saturday, February 6 to learn the City Council meeting time.
