Come and voice your concerns regarding the West Cliff Drive Bay Ave project. Plan to attend tonight August 15 to make it clearly known what we locals think of the development which includes a 5 story structure (See the rendering to count the 5 stories on one building) 89 living units, and  8,265 sq ft of retail. Constructed buildings will be 159,560 sq ft on 2.2 acres of land. This is a huge amount of density in a relatively small area in one of the most beautiful and busy intersections of Santa Cruz. This intersection is near to tour bus drop-offs, students traveling up Bay to UCSC, homeowners, surfers to Cowels Beach, many tourists and locals favorite spots. The planned project is asking for your input. This is a very dense project.
