You can visit the scale model of Downtown Santa Cruz, which includes the proposed 8-story parking garage-housing-library project (white building in photo) at a forum on Measure O on Thursday, September 29th, 7pm, at the church at 411 Roxas St.  The model gives a feel for the changes Downtown including the new development proposed for Front St. (gray buildings).

With the Sentinel endorsement of Measure O, the wind is at our backs. Join in this local movement to renovate the library where it is, put affordable housing on upper levels of City lots, stop a parking structure we don't need, and keep the Farmers Market at its current successful location. Meet up at London Nelson Center on Saturdays at 9:30am to team up with others going door-to-door. Send your donation for our postcard mailing to inform uninformed voters.
