SHAZIER, DARIEL MORRISE - Sexually Violent Predator

The California Department of State Hospitals has made a recommendation to release and relocate an out of town Sexual Violent Predator, Dariel Morrise Shazier into our community. This predator has no ties to our community. Pursuant to 6608.5(c) of the Welfare and Institutions Code SVP’s are to be released to their own county. We are asking you to support our efforts to help reject this proposed relocation to Kilaga Springs Road, Lincoln, CA  

A hearing is scheduled for February 7, 2017 in Santa Clara County Superior Court to determine his release.
