Sable is a good person and I think he is decent at his job. However, while being in the server, I have noticed various problems.

- Staff inactivity
- Staff not completing duties
- Promoted mainly off activity rather than doing the job correctly
- Sable is getting increasingly busy
- Too many staff members 

This may be a one-sided and biased opinion but I also believe there is favouritism with the promotions.
