The Issue

We LOVE Volleyball!

Volleyball is the second most played sport in the world. Volleyball helps young people develop teamwork and communication and it fosters confidence and self-esteem. Playing High School Volleyball helps students stay engaged in school, and is positively correlated with academic success and short-term and long-term health benefits.

We believe the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) should Sanction Boys High School Volleyball in the same way it sanctions Girls High School Volleyball, Boys and Girls High School Basketball, Football, Soccer, Tennis and other sports.  Our neighbors in Colorado and Missouri have both sanctioned boys high school volleyball (the fastest growing team sport for high school boys in the country), but  Nebraska remains one of the few states where this sport does not yet receive official recognition or support.

Please support NEBRASKA BOYS in their desire to be recognized as a legitimate varsity sport in the state of Kansas, to receive the same validation and credibility for their talents, skills, dedication, and efforts that other high school male athletes receive.

Let's ADD BOYS HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL in NEBRASKA in 2027!
